Choom-Bi Position
Movement 1
- Step backward with left foot, assuming a right front
stance
- Simultaneous Left outside block (in-to-out) and
Right Low block (cross right low block wrist behind left wrist)
Movement 2
- Turn left 90 degree into a left back stance
- Execute a low double knife-hand block
Movement 3
- Step forward with right foot into a right back
stance
- Execute a double middle knife-hand block
Movement 4
- Step backward with right foot into a left back
stance
- Execute a left arm "PRESSING" palm-heel block
Movement 5
- Step forward with right foot into a right front
stance
- Right fist middle punch
Movement 6
- Step backward with right foot and turn right 180
degree, moving right foot into a right back stance
- Execute a low double knife-hand block
Movement 7
- Step forward with left foot into a left back stance
- Execute a right double middle knife-hand block
Movement 8
- Step backward with left foot into a right back
stance
- Execute a right arm "PRESSING" palm-heel block

- Pull left foot back to right leg and raise it up to
assume right crane stance
- Left foot side kick and simultaneous left hand punch

- Left foot side kick and simultaneous left hand punch
- Bring
left foot back to a crane stance, then step over into a left forward
stanch with simultaneous right elbow strike, using left palm as the target
Movement 18
- Step forward with right foot into a right back
stance
- Execute a double knife-hand block
Movement 19
- Turn right 180 degree and step back with right foot,
moving right foot out into a right front stance
- Execute right arm in-to-out block
Movement 20
- Step over into a right forward stance
- Left hand reverse middle punch
- Left hand middle punch
Movement 21
- Pull right foot back to left leg and raise it up to
assume right crane stance
- Right foot side kick to upper body with simultaneous
right hand side punch
- Bring right foot back to a crane stance, then step
over into a right forward stanch with simultaneous left elbow strike,
using right palm as the target

- Step forward with left foot into a left back stance
- Execute a double knife-hand block

- Turn left 90 degree, moving left foot into a left
