Form 4)
Choom-Bi Position
Movement 1
- Turn left 90 degree, moving left foot into a left
back stance
- Execute simultaneous right arm high block and left
arm outside forearm block
Movement 2
- Pull with left hand, and reverse upper-cut with
right hand, (stay in back stance)
Movement 3
- Pull left foot back slightly into a horse stance.
- Execute a left hand side knife-hand strike to
opponents neck.
Movement4
- Turn right 90 degree, moving right foot into a right
back stance
- Execute simultaneous left arm high block and right
arm outside forearm
Movement 5
- Pull with right hand, and reverse upper-cut with
left hand, (stay in back stance)
Movement 6
- Pull right foot back slightly into a horse stance.
- Execute a right hand side knife-hand strike to
opponents neck.
Movement 7
- Look left 90 degree (face North), stepping left foot
forward into a left back stance double knife hand block.
Movement 8
- Right leg front snap kick
- Step down with right foot into right front stance
- Palm-heel center block and Spear-hand thrust to mid
section
Movement 9-1
- Tuck right hand behind back, placing back of open
right knife-hand on right hip (right elbow is pointing forward, toward
front of body)
- Keeping feet in same position pivot both feet and
turn body left 180 degree complete a full turn to the left (180° more, to
finish a 360° , moving left foot around to outside, and stepping into a
left front stance
- Left hand back fist (palm-down) to the upper body
Movement 10
- Step forward with right foot into a right front
stance
- Right hand middle punch
- Turn left 90 degree stepping back with your left
foot into a left foot front stance
- Ki-AP!
Movement 11
- Turn left 270 degree, moving left foot into left
back stance
- Execute simultaneous a right arm high block and left
arm outside forearm block
Movement 12
- Pull with left hand, and reverse upper-cut with
right hand, (stay in back stance)
Movement 13
- Pull left foot back slightly into a horse stance.
- Execute a left hand side knife-hand strike to
opponents neck.
Movement 14
- Turn right 90 degree, moving right foot into a right
back stance
- Execute simultaneous a left arm high block and right
arm
outside forearm block
Movement 15
- Pull with right hand, and reverse upper-cut with
left hand, (stay in back stance)
Movement 16
- Pull right foot back slightly into a horse stance.
- Execute a right hand side knife-hand strike to
opponents neck.
Movement 17
- Look left 90 degree (face south), stepping left foot
forward into a left back stance
- execute a double knife hand block.
Movement 18
- Right leg front snap kick
- Step down with right foot into right front stance
- Palm-heel center block and Spear-hand thrust to
groin
Movement 19
- Tuck right hand behind head, placing back of open
right knife-hand on right side of neck (right elbow is pointing forward,
toward front of body)
- Keeping feet in same position pivot both feet and
turn body left 180°
- Complete a full turn to the left 180° more, to
finish a 360° , moving left foot around to outside, and stepping into a
left front stance
- Execute a left hand back fist (palm-down) to the
upper body
Movement 20
- Step forward with right foot into a right front
stance
- Execute a right hand middle punch
- Ki-AP!
Movement 21
- Turn left 180 degree, moving left foot into
Horse stance
- Execute a left arm low block
Movement 22
- Slide to the left placing your left foot into a left
foot front stance
- Execute a right hand middle reverse punch
Movement 23
- Come back to a Choom-Bi Position
- Turn right 90 degree, moving left foot into a horse
stance
- Execute a left arm low block
Movement 24
- Slide to the right placing your left foot into a
right foot front stance
- Execute a left hand middle reverse punch
- Ki-AP!
