Choom-Bi Position
Movement 1
- look left, turn left 90°, moving left foot into a
left front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 2
- left fist target out, right fist tomahawk, step
forward into a right front stance
- right arm out-to-in middle block
Movement 3
- look right, turn right180°, moving right foot into a
right front stance
- right arm low block
Movement 4
- right fist target out, left fist tomahawk, step
forward with left foot into a left front stance
- left arm out-to-in middle block
Movement 5
- look left, turn left 90°, moving left foot into a
left front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 6
- step forward with right foot into a right back
stance
- right arm in-to-out middle block
Movement 7
- step forward with left foot into a left back stance
- left arm in-to-out middle block
Movement 8
- left hand target out, step forward into a right
front stance
- right hand middle punch
- Ki-AP!
Movement 9
- look right, turn left 270 degrees, moving left foot
into left back stance
- execute a double knife-hand middle block
Movement 10
- step forward with right foot into a right back
stance
- right arm in-to-out block (left hand on opposite
hip)
Movement 11
- step backward with right foot and turn right 180°,
moving right foot into a right back stance
- execute a double knife-hand middle block
Movement 12
- step forward with left foot into a left back stance
- left arm in-to-out block (right hand on opposite
hip)
Movement 13
- look left, turn left 90° left, moving left foot into
a left front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 14
- target out left hand, step forward into a right
front stance
- execute a right hand out-to-in knife-hand strike to
the neck (palm-up)
Movement 15
- target out right hand, step forward into a left
front stance
- left hand out-to-in knife-hand strike to the neck
(palm-up)
Movement 16
- target out left hand, step forward into a right
front stance
- right hand middle punch
- Ki-AP!
Movement 17
- turn left 270 degrees, moving left foot into left
front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 18
- left fist target out, right fist tomahawk, step
forward into a right front stance
- right arm out-to-in middle block
Movement 19
- step backward with right foot and turn right 180°,
moving right foot into a right front stance
- right arm low block
Movement 20
- right fist target out, left fist tomahawk, step
forward with left foot into a left front stance
