Choom-Bi Position

Movement 1

  • Turn Left 90° into a left back stance
  • Double knife hand middle block

Movement 1


Movement 2

  • Right leg front-snap kick
  • Step forward and down with right foot into a right forward stance
  • Right hand middle punch

Movement 3

  • Turn right 180° into a right back stance
  • Double knife hand middle block

Movement 4

  • Left leg front-snap kick
  • Step forward and down with left foot into a left forward stance
  • Left hand middle punch

Movement 5

  • Turn left 90° into a left forward stance
  • Left arm low block

Movement 6

  • Staying in the Left forward stance
  • Execute a left knife-hand high block, and a right knife-hand strike to neck
  • Right foot front snap kick
  • With out putting you right foot down, jump forward into a right cat stance
  • Execute a right reinforced out-side block
  • Ki-AP!

Movement 8

  • Turning left 270° into a left back stance
  • Left double knife-hand low block

Movement 9

  • Step over into a left forward stance
  • Forward cross block (Press Out)

Movement 10

  • Right front snap kick
  • Step forward and down with right foot into a right front stance
  • Right hand middle punch
  • Left hand reverse middle punch

Movement 11

  • Turning right 180 degree into a right back stance
  • Execute a double-knife-hand low block

Movement 12

  • Step over into a right forward stance
  • Forward cross block (Press Out)

Movement 13

  • Left front snap kick
  • Step forward and down with left foot into a left front stance
  • Left hand middle punch
  • Right hand reverse middle punch

  • Turn right 90 degree into a right back stance
  • Execute a double knife-hand middle block

  • Step over into a right front stance
  • Left knife-hand high block
  • Right palm-heel strike

  • Right front snap kick
  • Step down into a right forward stance
  • Execute a reinforced right back fist

  • Left front snap kick

  • Left high block

  • Right side kick
