Movement 1
- Turn Left 90° into a left back stance
- Double knife hand middle block

- Right leg front-snap kick
- Step forward and down with right foot into a right
forward stance
- Right hand middle punch
Movement 3
- Turn right 180° into a right back stance
- Double knife hand middle block
Movement 4
- Left leg front-snap kick
- Step forward and down with left foot into a left
forward stance
- Left hand middle punch
Movement 5
- Turn left 90° into a left forward stance
- Left arm low block
Movement 6
- Staying in the Left forward stance
- Execute a left knife-hand high block, and a right
knife-hand strike to neck
- Right foot front snap kick
- With out putting you right foot down, jump forward
into a right cat stance
- Execute a right reinforced out-side block
- Ki-AP!

- Turning left 270° into a left back stance
- Left double knife-hand low block

- Step over into a left forward stance
- Forward cross block (Press Out)

- Right front snap kick
- Step forward and down with right foot into a right
