Choom-Bi Position
Movement 1
- look left, turn left 90 degree, moving left foot
into a left front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 2
- target out left fist, step forward into a right
front stance
- right hand middle punch
Movement 3
- look right, step with right foot and turn right180
degree, moving into a right front stance
- right arm low block
Movement 4
- target out right fist, step forward into a left
front stance
- left hand middle punch
Movement 5
- look left, turn left 90 degree, moving into a left
front stance
- left arm low block
Movement 6
- step forward with right foot into a right front
stance
- right arm high block
Movement 7
- step forward with left foot into a left front stance
- left arm high block
Movement 8
- target out right fist, step forward into a right
front stance
- right hand middle punch
- Ki-AP!
Movement 9
- look right, turn left 270 degree, moving into a left
back stance
- execute a double middle knife-hand block
Movement 10
- step forward with right foot into a right back
stance
- execute a double middle knife-hand block
Movement 11
- step backward with right foot and turn right 180
degree, moving into a right back stance
- execute a double middle knife-hand block
Movement 12
- step forward with left foot into a left back stance
- execute a double middle knife-hand block
Movement 13
- look left, turn left 90 degree, moving into a left
back stance
- execute a left arm in-to-out block
Movement 14
- turn head 180° right to face North, keeping both
feet in the same place and pivoting on both feet to assume a right back
stance
- execute a right arm in-to-out block
Movement 15
- target out right fist, left fist tomahawk, step
backward with right foot into a left back stance (stepping backwards)
- left arm out-to-in middle block
Movement 16
- target out left fist, right fist tomahawk, step
backward with left foot into a right back stance (stepping backwards)
- right arm out-to-in middle block
Movement 17
- target out right fist, left fist tomahawk, step
backward with right foot into a left back stance
- left arm out-to-in middle block
Movement 18
- turn head right 180 degree facing South, keeping
both feet in the same place and pivoting on both feet to assume a right
back stance
- execute a right arm in-to-out block
Movement 19
- look right, turn left 270, moving into left front
stance
- left arm high block
Movement 20
- target out left fist, step forward into a right
front stance
- right hand high punch

- look right, turn right 180 degree, moving right
