Choom-Bi Position
Movement 1
- look left, turn left 90 degrees, moving left foot
into a left front stance
- left arm high block
Movement 2
- right leg front-snap kick
- step forward with right foot into a right front
stance
- right hand middle punch
Movement 3
- look right, step with right foot and turn right 180
degrees, moving right foot into a right front stance
- right arm high block
Movement 4
- left leg front-snap kick
- step forward and down with left foot into a left
front stance
- left hand middle punch
Movement 5
- turn left 90 degrees, moving left foot into a left
back stance
- double low knife-hand block
Movement 6
- step forward with right foot into a right back
stance
- double middle knife-hand block
Movement 7
- step forward with left foot into a left front stance
- left arm high block

- step forward with right foot into a right front
stance
- right hand middle punch

- look right, turn left 270 degree, moving into left
