Choom-Bi Position


Movement 1

  • look left, turn left 90 degrees, moving left foot into a left front stance
  • left arm high block

Movement 2

  • right leg front-snap kick
  • step forward with right foot into a right front stance
  • right hand middle punch

Movement 3

  • look right, step with right foot and turn right 180 degrees, moving right foot into a right front stance
  • right arm high block

Movement 4

  • left leg front-snap kick
  • step forward and down with left foot into a left front stance
  • left hand middle punch

Movement 5

  • turn left 90 degrees, moving left foot into a left back stance
  • double low knife-hand block

Movement 6

  • step forward with right foot into a right back stance
  • double middle knife-hand block

Movement 7

  • step forward with left foot into a left front stance
  • left arm high block

Movement 8

  • step forward with right foot into a right front stance
  • right hand middle punch
  • Ki-AP!

Movement 9

  • look right, turn left 270 degree, moving into left front stance
  • left arm high block

Movement 10

  • right leg front-snap kick step forward and down with right foot into a right front stance
  • right hand middle punch

Movement 11

  • look right, turn right 180 degrees, moving right foot into a right front stance
  • right arm high block

Movement 12

  • left leg front-snap kick
  • step forward and down with left foot into a left front stance
  • left hand middle punch

Movement 13

  • look left, turn left 90 degrees, moving left foot into a left back stance
  • double low block

Movement 14

  • step forward with right foot into a right back stance
  • reinforced in-to-out middle block

Movement 15

  • target out right fist, left fist tomahawk, step forward into a left back stance
  • left arm out-to-in middle block

Movement 16

  • target out left fist, step forward with right foot into a right front stance
  • right hand middle punch
  • Ki-AP!

Movement 17

  • look right, turn left 270 degree, moving left foot into left front stance
  • left arm high block

Movement 18

  • right leg front-snap kick
  • step forward and come down into a right front stance
  • right hand middle punch

Movement 19

  • look right, step with right foot and turn right 180 degrees, moving right foot into a right front stance
  • right arm high block

Movement 20

  • left leg front-snap kick
  • step forward and down with left foot into a left front stance
  • left hand middle punch

Return to Choom-Bi Position

  • turn left 90 degrees, returning to Choom-Bi position
