Dojang Rules
Safety is very important. The Dojang setting is not the place for aggressive
behavior. We want every one to complete each class safely. Control should
always come first. Obey your
instructor's commands instantly. Taekwondo can be a lot of fun, but it must
always be safe.

Be on time for all
classes. When late ask the instructors permission to join.
·
Salute the flag before
entering the training area.
·
Dobok (uniform) will be
clean and presentable.
·
Proper hygiene should be
observed at all times.
·
Finger and toenails
should be trimmed to prevent injury.
·
No jewelry is to be worn
during class time in order to prevent injury. This includes watches, necklaces,
earrings, bracelets and any object that might tear or be caught in clothing ,
skin or hair.
·
Only Taekwondo shoes not
worn in the street are allowed on the mat.
·
Swearing, Profanity, and
Misconduct will not be tolerated.
·
All students must wear
Taekwondo Dobok (uniform). With permission new members are allowed to wear
sweatpants and T-shirt.
·
Protective gears Chest
Guard (Hogu), Head Gear, Shin & Instep protector, Forearm Protector, Mouth
Piece, and Groin Protective Cup (Male Members Only) are required for sparring.
·
Sparring will be
conducted under instructor’s supervision only.
